Directions
By Road
From Glasgow or Glasgow Airport, drive west on the M8 and follow the signs
for Greenock. Continue on the M8 to Gourock (27 miles from Glasgow). Dunoon
is served by 2 ferry links - take either Caledonian
MacBrayne or Western
Ferries at Gourock for a 20 minute crossing.
Alternatively take a scenic drive via the Erskine Bridge and Loch Lomond National Park to approach Dunoon by road (70 miles from Glasgow).
By Rail
The ferry terminal at Gourock (Caledonian MacBrayne) is well served by a rail link from Glasgow Central Station.
